Part of me wants to get all sappy about the beginning of this little blog and its evolution, but my joy over the new virtual home eclipses any sappiniess I could possibly feel!! And actually I consider many of you the heart of any of the things I’ve written as I’ve learned from many of you on things from how to hang in there with the challenges of motherhood to learning tips and tricks for nutrition.

Great site. I did sign up for the 5-day motivational plan and got the email, but there was no link to click on to get the documents. I’d love to have them.
